If it worked before, it should work now, unless it's broken. All it might need is oil and a cleanse.

Okay, I'm sure all the viruses are totally down, with a 5 hour fighting, and the cleaning and CPU is totally alright. I'm gonna check for spyware/adware now, but the PC is got overall a bit slower, it was totally crappy in the morning (virus scan all night, found 98 different "Trojan" viruses in mor ethen 120 files. all of them deleted. Now it's getting better, but not the same like it was before.

That's not all you need to be secure. Tips for increased security:
1. Never use IE, Outlook Express, or Outlook.
2. Have an antivirus scan everything you download from the Net and get from friends except pics, vids, and music; scan your whole system every 3 months; update virus patterns every 7 days.
3. Have two spy/malware utilities scan everything every week, updating patterns before scanning.
4. Have a firewall, with all ports closed except those you need.
5. Always have the latest Service Pack and security patches for Windows.
6. Always have the latest version of any Internet related software, including but not limiting to Mozilla, Mozilla FireFox, eMule, and Trillian.
7. Never download, open, run, forward, reply, or propagate emails with files other than pics, vids, and music, unless you're specifically told to in another email or real life by somebody you know, and in that case, always download and scan it first. (As a general rule, don't forward joke or chain emails you've gotten forwarded. It'll make the Internet better for all.)
8. Never download, use, or send shit like supposed jokes that shake your screen, or gay screensavers. (Don't use a screensaver either; the best thing to do is to power off the monitor, or, at least, use the blank screensaver.)
9. Never mess with SCR, CPL, PIF, COM, and DLL files unless you're a geek and really know what you're doing. "Never mess" includes never downloading and running them. Only exception is if you're told by a trusted geek to (and, in all cases, remember to scan anything you download before using).
10. Never let macros in Office documents (DOC, DOT, XLS, etc.) run, unless you've made them yourself. If anything you get via email requires macros, you don't need it.
11. Never do anything stupid. If you get the feeling something is unsafe, ask first, asking is free.
12. Never break any of these rules for anything, unless you're getting Shion's ass pictures. If you need to bypass some of these rules for something, then it's likely the reason why they make you bypass it is to screw you.

IRT Dreamer: all viruses, spyware removed from my PC, cooling system and CPU is totally alright, and the PC's still crappy slow, like this used to happen in every 3-4 months, and I still donno why...
Malware, especially spyware, invades and corrupts lots of things of your system. Sometimes, they aren't completely removed unless an expert removes it by hand. Maybe they are no longer active, but the OS is left in a bad state and performance is degraded. Or maybe it's another problem.
Try the following:
- Take a screenshot of the processes tab in the task manager (make sure every process is visible) and post it so I can have a look at it.
- Also take a screenshot of the performance tab in the task manager so I can have a look at it, and tell me how much RAM the computer is supposed to have.
- Is your hard disk making more noise than it used to? It's your hard disk working when the computer is slow?
- Make sure your CPU fan is working alright. Is it making the exact same noise it did when it was new? You could use some oil, just to make sure.
- Do you have any tool to monitor CPU and chasis temperatures and fan speeds? You should find some in the CD that came with your motherboard or in your motherboard vendor; if not you can probably find something in your motherboard vendors' forums or Google. You could use it to see if everything is ok.
????
IRT HK: Maybe windows' virtual memory is too slow? It can be, nope Wise?
Yes and no. In modern OSes, everything is virtual memory. It's fast, unless you run out of physical RAM and the system has to use part of the hard disk as more. That could be the cause, but only if he's really lacking RAM, or it's being sucked by a process (typically, a spyware process).
Imo uninstall all of the progs you doesn't use. I never thought there are so many progs I don't use.
Installed programs won't take any RAM, but hard disk space, unless they are kept running. For example, you won't lose RAM for a game you don't play; but you will lose it for all the crap that has an icon in the system tray. Typically, you don't need to have anything (other than the speaker) in the system tray; everything else is usually bloatware you're better without.

Okay, here are the screenshots, performance and processes:

Well usually, my hard disc is quiet, only when I start/launch 5-6 programs, or when it works really hard opening something (for example Winamp is running, under it goes AIM and MSN, plus there is Mozilla/Firefox open, and I try to open Word or a virus scanner or something) it starts to work madly, and for 1 or 2 seconds it makes a cracking sound, which it never did before. Altho this happens real rarely.
When our previous cooling system got broke, and we put this one in (I think it's not new, but still works properly) it made the same noise like it does now. I'll make my bro take a closer look at it again though.
I don't have any prog that can show me that information, I'll get one or check the mainboard CD, and then tell you more details.
With Maleware and spyware, I did the best I could, and deleted everything.

SCRFS.exe; Nokia crap. Not needed.
Skype.exe; Clutter, get rid of it.
ServiceLayer.exe; more Nokia crap. Kill.
WFSCH.exe; WinFast program. I don't know what it does. If you don't, get rid of it.
BROADC~1.exe - Sony Ericsson program. Get rid of it if you don't use it.
ATI2EVXX.exe; ATI program, however unnecessary. Kill.
ATIPTAXX.exe; Ditto.
ConnMngmntBox.exe; Nokia again. You know what to do.
ECTaskScheduler.exe; NOKIA! KILL!
BTStackServer.exe; Bluetooth Stack COM Server. Use it? No? Kill.
EM_EXEC.exe; Logitech mouse stuff. If you don't use alot of fancy logitech features, this is unneeded.
That list is huge. I know I probably missed some but this is a start.
